Welcome to Monument Chase
We would like to extend a warm welcome to all residents of Monument Chase—both those who have recently joined our community and those who have been part of it for many years. Together, you form a friendly and unique neighbourhood set within a valued woodland environment.
Monument Chase is supported by Formalsecure Property Management Limited (FPML), a not-for-profit company established by residents to own, protect, and maintain the two amenity woodland areas within the development. These areas are an important part of what makes Monument Chase special, providing natural habitats for wildlife, enhancing biodiversity, and preserving the character and appearance of our surroundings.
FPML is responsible for the upkeep, management, and long-term stewardship of these shared spaces. Our aim is to maintain them in good order and condition, while respecting the natural woodland environment for the benefit of all residents.
As residents, we all share in the responsibility of caring for these spaces, and we greatly value the continued support and cooperation of everyone in helping to protect and enhance our community.

What We Do
Formalsecure Property Management Limited manages and maintains the shared amenity woodland areas for the benefit of all residents. Our work focuses on preserving the natural character of Monument Chase while helping to ensure the areas remain safe, sustainable, and enjoyable.
This includes arranging maintenance, overseeing appropriate vegetation management, supporting biodiversity, protecting the woodland setting, and working with organisations such as the Woodland Trust to enhance the local environment.

Resident Responsibilities
All residents play an important part in helping to protect the shared amenity areas and preserve the character of Monument Chase.
- Respect the woodland amenity areas as shared community spaces.
- Do not carry out pruning, cutting back, planting, dumping, or other works without prior authorisation.
- Help protect wildlife habitats and avoid disturbing natural vegetation.
- Dispose of garden waste responsibly and do not place it in the amenity areas.
- Report any concerns, damage, or safety issues to FPML promptly.
Report an Issue
Seen something that needs attention in one of the amenity areas? Please let us know so that we can review it and take appropriate action.
This may include damage, fallen branches, fly-tipping, unauthorised cutting back, boundary concerns, or other maintenance and safety matters.
